Learning Korean

About My Project
I've always loved languages. I speak two fluently, and understand three as well. I thought of studying another to add to my list because I hate how language barriers stop so much from happening. It prevents communication and proper understanding of culture.
The reason I chose Korean was because quite frankly, I'm sick of English. Not studying it or anything, but of the fact that many languages have the same alphabet script. I wanted to learn something that was different and also from my continent.
Knowing English in a country like Korea is not really big of an advantage because all the citizens and students grow up studying in a Korean medium school, but as the world evolves, English is now slowly becoming an international language, I felt the need to be equally fluent in languages to understand more people rather than relying on them to be uncomfortably attempting to speak in English to get a message across.
